Baba Dough is a homage to my Dad (Baba) who ran his café on this premises for 15 years & our shared passion for pizza. Over the years we have been on the quest for the perfect dough.

Our chosen dough is fermented for 48 hours, making it light and digestible. It has only 4 ingredients: water, flour, natural yeast (sourdough starter) and salt.
​
Due to the long fermentation process, when we sell out we wont have anymore until the following day!
